The Enterprise Corporation of the Delta is hosting 2 FREE foreclosure prevention workshops to help our Coastal residents avoid a growing problem. We are committed to increasing awareness of the foreclosure problem facing many of our local residents. Our highly skilled financial counselors will assist with the prevention of foreclosures and intervene with the loan servicers. We can assist someone even if they haven’t missed any payments.
Facing the inability to make payments or possible loss of their home is daunting, gaining information that will help them in the decision making process is available through our workshops and is free to the public. Some may not want to attend a workshop, this should not stop them from getting help they need through our counselors who may be reached locally at 228-563-6581 or toll free 1-888-246-6314.
This problem doesn’t just affect the homeowner, it affects our communities. The more we increase awareness, the greater benefit to our communities. Please help us help others by encouraging homeowners affected by financial difficulties to attend. Together we can make a stronger community.
We have two workshops planned for March 6th, the morning session will be held in Gulfport and the afternoon session held in Pascagoula.
