38th Annual Fall Muster
October 18-20, 2024
Visitors will be able to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Civil War era the Third Weekend in October when Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library hosts its 38th annual Fall Muster reenactment.
The event boasts a school day on Friday and a two-day event, taking place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., includes presentations, campground and battle re-enactments, Ladies Tea, Small Muster for the kiddies, church service, cemetery tour, a camp dance and a memorial ceremony. All events are open to the public.
Come out and watch history come to life and walk in the path of your ancestors.
For the 2024 event, Beauvoir will have both modern and period craft vendors. There will be activities that people of all ages will be able to appreciate and experience.
