A Gentle, Restorative Experience
Join us for a nurturing 90-minute yoga workshop designed to support the body, calm the mind, and restore the spirit. This session is open to all and thoughtfully created to meet participants where they are--no prior yoga experience required.

- Extended savasana with soothing sound therapy
- Open to beginners and active practitioners alike
