Empower yourself with the knowledge and tools to stay safe in any situation. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll learn about situational awareness, develop personal safety strategies, explore the concept of layering self-protection devices, and develop a personalized safety plan tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about and practice using personal alarms, striking tools, and pepper spray in a safe, controlled environment.
This interactive session is designed to build confidence, awareness, and preparedness, giving you the skills to take control of your personal safety.
