    Responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the agency, including, but not limited to budget(s) preparation, grants management, contract oversight and financial strategic planning.  Makes recommendations to ensure appropriate actions for meeting agency budgetary needs and sustainability. Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board Treasurer in planning and coordinating fund development and financial management.   
     
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3-5 years of broad finance experience with a nonprofit organization, with emphasis on audits, budgets,  and compliance.  The Financial Director must possess a significant amount of financial management experience with a nonprofit organization. Experience with Oracle Netsuite or other other ERP software
