Leadership Gulf Coast Announces 2023 Chair, LTC Andrew M. Ratcliffe and Board of Directors

Leadership Gulf Coast is pleased to announce LTC Andrew M. Ratcliffe as the chair of the Leadership Gulf Coast for 2023.

LTC Andrew M. Ratcliffe, III, a native of Natchez, is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi Reserve Officer Training Corps, and holds a Master’s Degree in Administration. He currently serves as the Facility Commander and UH-60 Blackhawk pilot at the MS-AVCRAD in Gulfport. LTC Ratcliffe is also enrolled in the U.S. Army Senior Service College and is pursuing a Masters of Strategic Studies. A Master Army Aviator with over 2,200 flight hours in fixed and rotary wing aircraft, LTC Ratcliffe has served in several key leadership positions within the Mississippi Army National Guard over his 26-year career. He has received numerous military decorations over his tenure and is the recipient of the 2019 One Coast Award for outstanding community leaders. A 2015 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, he serves on the Leadership Gulf Coast Board of Trustees and is the Chair for 2022. He has also served previously on the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair of Military Affairs and on the Military One Coast Board of Directors. Additionally, he currently serves on the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center Board of Directors and is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Mississippi. An active member and Deacon of First Baptist Church of Gulfport, he resides in Gulfport with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Ratcliffe, and their three children.
