Understanding how pro-equality and anti-equality laws impact LGBTQ lives and the economic impact for the broader community.
 
Institutional Change
Understanding how institutions can change and have changed internal policies which improve the workplace/institutional climate, benefit LGBTQ people and reduce stigma overall. 
 
Social Change
While law and policies change, hearts and minds do not always change as quickly. This part examines how we at HRC work to improve social acceptance through storytelling and other methods.
