Pottery Class with Gerrol Benigno

Description

All classes include 1 hour of instruction and 1 hour of coaching.
Classes are offered on Thursdays 6-8 PM, and Saturdays 10-12 PM. 

Intro I Class - 1 class $50. This is to experience throwing (just to see if you like it). Does not include a finished piece. 2 hr. class
Intro II Class - 2 classes $100. This is an introduction to wheel throwing. Includes one finished piece. 2 hr. class.
Basic wheel throwing class - 4 classes $150. This will cover basic techniques of wheel throwing from centering to trimming. Includes bag of clay and 3 finished pieces (mugs, tumblers, and bowls). 2-hour classes.
Intro to Hand Building - 2 classes $100. Basic hand building includes hump molds, pinch, and coil methods. Includes 1 finished piece.
Basic Hand Building - 4 classes $150. Covers hand-building techniques: coil, hump, and slump molds, and pattern methods. Also covers glazing techniques. The class includes 1 bag of clay and 3 finished pieces.
