    JMS Management & Sales Training Program, where our experienced team of marketing and sales professionals are willing to train and develop entry level candidates who have a strong work ethic and student mentality!

    This program is designed to kickstart your career in sales & marketing working with Fortune 500 companies right here on the Gulf Coast! Especially, if you do not have ANY real world experience in the sales, marketing, business, leadership or management field.

    In this role entry level sales agents will be conducting residential consultation and sales for AT&T! Marketing services such as fiber optic, cell phone and television! We serve customers locally here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! (with an opportunity to travel nationally every quarter!)
     

    Financials

    BASE PAY:

    Week 1 & 2 - $500 per week

    Week 3+ - $700 per week

    Monthly Bonuses up to: $2,000

    Responsibilities

    • Improve on the sales of products and services and adhere to assigned sales quota and outlined guidelines
    • Assist with direct sales in specific communities as directed by management.
    • Give detailed description of products/services to customers, as well as the various ways they can be used to obtain maximum satisfaction
    • Interact with clients and build a professional network that could yield good sales results and referrals in the long run
    • Training, mentoring and motivating a team of sales managers
    • Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and selecting qualified individuals to join your team and our company
    • Conducting field training
    • Overseeing sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales reps and managers in training.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with business owners, HR professionals and other decision makers
    • Supporting corporate culture that thrives on high energy, competition, fun and active collaboration
    • Developing and maintaining broker relationships

    OUR EXPERENCIED TEAM OFFERS TRAINING AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT AND SALES TRAINING PROCESS. Our team is willing to coach and develop individuals who have little to no sales experience. The leadership team here, is incentivized to train and develop the entry level staff.

    60 Day Contribution.

    • Identify room for improvement, contribution to team meeting and goals.
    • This is where candidates will increase workload and take initiative.
    • This is where candidates will evaluate and determine ways to progress performance and communications using key performance indicators.

    90 Day Execution. The final 30 days will focus on implementing knowledge and experience accumulated in the first 60 days and effectively perform. Looking for you to take ownership of this role working independently with less supervision.
