BILOXI, MS – On July 17th, the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce awarded $31,500 in grants, recognized some outstanding public and military service members, and unveiled the 44th Annual Biloxi Seafood Festival poster.During Breakfast with the Mayor, four outstanding service people were recognized for their service to the community.
