Once again, the Chamber is proud to partner with Mississippi Gulf Fresh Seafood to serve as a host site for the Mississippi Seafood Cook-off. The state's most talented chefs compete for the title of king or queen of Mississippi Seafood, as they prepare their signature dishes in front of a live audience. The winner will then represent Mississippi at the Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans as they compete against chefs from throughout the U.S. for the national seafood crown.
