  • Leadership Gulf Coast (LGC) is a premier leadership development program designed to educate and empower both current and emerging leaders across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The program focuses on building a deeper understanding of the region’s key challenges and opportunities while fostering a strong network of individuals committed to the continued growth and success of the community.

    LGC is a comprehensive ten-month program that features eight one-day monthly sessions, followed by a one-day retreat in May. Each session explores a critical area impacting the Coast, including Professional Development, Military, Government, Human Needs and Health Services, Economic Structure, Culture and Heritage, Education, and Quality of Life.

    Through these experiences, participants gain valuable insight, meaningful connections, and a broader perspective on the issues shaping the Mississippi Gulf Coast. One of the program’s core goals is to cultivate a lasting network of engaged alumni who remain active advocates and leaders within their communities.
