Description
OneZen Kids Summer Camp
A calm, creative start to summer your child will look forward to
Give Your Child Something Meaningful This Summer
As school ends, many kids go from full schedules to… a lot of unstructured time.
Instead of more screen time or overstimulation, OneZen Kids Camp offers a space where your child can stay active, creative, and grounded—all while having fun.
This is a small, intentional camp designed for kids who enjoy movement, creativity, and trying something new.
What Makes This Camp Different
This isn’t a “drop them off to stay busy” kind of camp.
It’s a thoughtful experience where kids:
-
Move their bodies in a fun, playful way
-
Express themselves through creative, mindful projects
-
Learn simple tools to calm their body and mind
-
Build confidence in a supportive, positive environment
Every part of the day is designed with intention—so your child leaves feeling good, not overwhelmed.
What Your Child Will Do Each Day
Each session includes a balanced mix of:
-
Fun, interactive yoga (no experience needed)
-
Mindful crafts + creative projects
-
Gratitude + positive affirmation practices
-
Breathing + relaxation techniques
All taught in a way that feels engaging, encouraging, and age-appropriate.
Who This Is For
This camp is a great fit for kids ages 8–11 who:
-
Enjoy movement, creativity, or hands-on activities
-
Are open to participating in a group setting
-
Would benefit from a calm, positive environment
-
Are curious about yoga or mindfulness
A Note for Parents
This camp is designed for children who want to be here and are open to participating.
While we provide a supportive and welcoming space, this is not a behavior-management or corrective program. Our goal is to nurture confidence, creativity, and emotional awareness.
What Parents Can Expect
By the end of the week, many parents notice their child:
-
Feeling more confident and self-assured
-
Having tools to calm down when overwhelmed
-
Talking more positively about themselves
-
Looking forward to coming back
