Annual Salary: $20,220-$20,826.60 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Position Description: Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility. Cleaning all Pods kitchens, dining rooms and day rooms. Clean the gym, education building, all front and back entrances. Follow all health codes and sanitation procedures as directed. Required to successfully operate the following machines carpet machine, high and low speed buffer. Demonstrate the ability to strip and wax floors. Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies throughout the facility. Removed trash and unneeded items throughout the facility. Provide disinfect treatment if required throughout the facility in support of COVID -19. Have the ability to identity and use the proper cleaning chemicals. Instruct staff that work in the Pods on proper cleaning procedures. Complete facility training programs through active testing and study courses.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-1 year of work experience.
