Michelle Smith, affectionately known as Chef Chelle, is a proud native of Gulfport, MS, with deep roots in New Orleans, LA. Her upbringing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, combined with the vibrant culinary traditions of New Orleans, inspires her passion for crafting fine Cajun-Creole cuisine and delectable desserts.

In June 2019, Michelle launched TasteOlicious Sweet Snax, LLC, a brand that reflects her dual expertise in creating flavorful dishes and irresistible desserts. Chef Chelle’s commitment to culinary excellence is rooted in her family’s influence, particularly her mother, who she credits as the driving force behind her love for cooking.

A graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Michelle combines formal training with years of experience to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
