• MS GULF COAST CHAMBER ANNOUNCES CAROLINE LOUGHMAN AS THE CYP DIRECTOR/LGC LIAISON

    The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Caroline Loughman as the Coast Young Professionals Director and Leadership Gulf Coast Liaison.

    Caroline Loughman is a passionate community advocate who believes that strong relationships and leadership are the foundation of a thriving Coast. A Gulfport native, she graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, where she developed a deep understanding of sustainability, community engagement, and the power of grassroots impact.

    Caroline’s leadership journey has been shaped by her heart for service and her commitment to bringing people together. Throughout her time in college and beyond, she volunteered in coastal cleanup events along the Gulf Coast, as well as native tree-planting efforts in Louisiana’s wetlands alongside community members. Her hands-on work in environmental stewardship and civic involvement reflects her belief that meaningful change begins at the community level.

    Known for her energy, compassion, and people-first mindset, Caroline brings a humanitarian spirit and a natural ability to connect with others. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel welcomed, valued, and inspired to lead. Her experience working alongside diverse groups has strengthened her ability to unite people around a shared purpose while making the work both impactful and fun.

    In her role as Coast Young Professionals Director and Leadership Gulf Coast Liaison, Caroline is committed to putting the needs of the people first. She looks forward to strengthening the network of young professionals across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, fostering collaboration, and building programs that are engaging and empowering. With a deep love for Gulfport and the greater Coast, Caroline is excited to invest her energy into growing a connected, vibrant, and service-driven community.
