Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce announces 2026 Board and Chair, Suzanne Gibson

The Pass Christian Chamber is pleased to announce Suzanne Gibson as the Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce Chair for 2026.

Suzanne Waits Gibson resides in Pass Christian and is an environmental engineer with over 35 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and management.   She worked for over 20 years as a civilian for the Department of Defense at several different military facilities, and has been employed for the last 15 years with the Chemours DeLisle Plant in the DeLisle community.   

Suzanne graduated from Our Lady Academy in Bay Saint Louis, and holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Mississippi State University. She has been married to her retired Army husband, Terry Gibson, for 37 years, and they have a grown daughter and son who are both married.   After being away from the Gulf Coast for many years after college graduation, Suzanne and her family moved back to Pass Christian in 2007 where she has enjoyed being back home and has engaged in many community activities.

Suzanne enjoys people, boating, beach activities, spending time with family, being involved in her local church, and supporting all things Mississippi State.
