• Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

    Gulfport Luxury RV Resort is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to provide excellent guest services while assisting with efficient front desk operations of the Resort. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, customer focused, possess great communication skills and be detail oriented. The Front Desk Agent will report directly to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and/or Shift Manager.
    Essential Responsibilities and Duties

    • Performing all check-in and check-out tasks.

    • Managing online and phone reservations.

    • Informing customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.

    • Registering guests by collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) and conveying Resort rules, regulations, and procedures to the guests upon their arrival.

    • Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assign accommodations.

    • Providing information about the Resort, available accommodations, rates, amenities, scheduled events, and area attractions.

    • Responding to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff regarding work orders; supporting housekeeping and/or grounds maintenance staff as needed.

    • Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments

    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    • Perform cashier duties for camp store.  Replenish merchandise, etc….

    • Must have flexibility of schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

     
    Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

    • Customer service experience is preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a valid driver’s license.

    • Possess the ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner.

    • Must need to have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

    • Must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

    • Experience with POS and online reporting systems is also strongly preferred.

     
    Position Type and Compensation
    The Front Desk Agent will be a part-time, non-exempt employee. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
